I'm a graduate student studying community mental health and clinical psychotherapy at the California Institute of Integral Studies.
I approach therapy from an integrative, client-centered lens grounded in the practice of mindfulness and self-reflection. I’m interested in collaborating with clients to provide tools for crisis management and explore underlying causes of suffering from both past relationships and the sociocultural context. I'm committed to improving access to mental health care for traditionally underserved communities and using a strengths-based, culturally responsive, and liberatory praxis.
Currently I'm an MFT Trainee at The Clinic Without Walls, a free clinic for underserved communities in San Francisco. I'm also a peer counselor, supporting survivors of sexual violence, domestic violence, and human trafficking. Before this path, I spent 10 years working in the tech industry doing marketing and product development.
