Graduate student studying community mental health and clinical psychotherapy at the California Institute of Integral Studies.
I approach therapy from a social justice lens grounded in the practice of Buddhism and mindfulness. I'm passionate about building equity and improving access to mental health care for traditionally underserved communities. Currently, I'm a peer counselor and Mandarin Chinese language advocate, supporting survivors of sexual violence, domestic violence, and human trafficking.
In my free time I enjoy history, literature, dancing, painting, costume design, cooking, gardening, hosting community events, and adventures. Before this path, I spent 10 years working in the tech industry doing marketing and product development.
